Kyle Ferguson has been the Pastor of Family Ministries at Cornerstone for the last eight years. He is married to Michelle, the woman of his dreams, and they have two children: Elayna and Aubrey. Kyle is a graduate of Trinity (Deerfield, IL) with a Bachelors in Youth Ministry and a Masters of Divinity. And was ordained in 2008 by the Wisconsin Presbytery of the PCA. Kyle oversees the youth ministry with the help of the rest of the youth leaders. Michelle serves on a Cornerstone Sunday morning worship team and as coordinator for the nursery.

Josh and Erin King joined the youth ministry team in early 2004. Both have previous experience as youth leaders in Janesville, Wisconsin, where Josh and Erin served as the directors of their church's youth program. Josh and Erin serve as youth leaders at youth group, assisting with teaching and planning, and for retreats, activities, and events. Josh and Erin have three children, Ezra, Jael, and Josiah. Erin brings a wealth of experience to the team, as she also works as a High School teacher for IQacademy. Josh works as a police officer in the town of New Berlin, making him a welcome asset in crisis situations. Josh also serves Cornerstone as an adult Shepherd Group leader and Deacon while Erin is active with Children's Christian Education and Primary Praise.
