Chris was called to plant Cornerstone back in 1992. He graduated from Columbia Biblical Seminary
in 1987 and came to Milwaukee that same year for graduate work at
Marquette University. He married Janet in September 1982 and they have
three children: Jenny (married to Rev. Sam Brown, 2 children), John, and Michael. While using the term
free time loosely, he maintains a routine of exercise and an old love, pottery. You can email Chris at

Kyle came to Cornerstone as the part-time Youth Director in
February of 2001. After graduating from Trinity College and Seminary, Kyle became the full-time Director of Family Ministries and was ordained as Cornerstone's Assistant Pastor in 2008. Kyle married the woman of his dreams, Michelle, in 2004, and together they

Sue Korb
Church Secretary
Sue Korb and her husband, Gary, joined Cornerstone just as it was
beginning at its original location in Waukesha's Horning Middle School. Gary currently serves on a music team and Sue has been the church secretary since 2005. Having been an elementary school teacher for ten
years, Sue is well equipped for keeping the full-time staff in line in
the office. In addition to overseeing the church bulletin and general
office paperwork, Sue also assists the staff as a very capable editor
and baker of fine foods. Sue can be emailed by clicking on her name above.
Susan Slaber and her husband, Ralph, have been at Cornerstone since
the mid-nineties. Ralph serves on a music team and behind the scenes with various other ministries. Susan is a
graduate of Dordt College in Iowa with a degree in music. Her duties
at Cornerstone include selecting worship music, directing the choir,
providing accompaniment, and singing with worship teams. Susan and
Ralph have three children, Anna, Jonathan, and Tasha. Susan can be

Church Elders
Cornerstone is overseen by a group of men responsible for prayerfully leading and directing the ministry of the church. These men are called Elders and together make up the Session. Follow this link to learn more about Cornerstone's Elders.
Deacons
Not only is Cornerstone led and served by the Elders, a group of men known as the Deacons
serve behind the scenes, handling the physical needs of the Cornerstone
community. These dedicated men handle mercy ministries in and out of
